Delivery & Returns
We know how frustrating it can be to have to wait for delivery of furniture for your home or business.
That’s why we aim to deliver all orders to UK mainland addresses within a week unless specifically stated on the individual product page (This excludes special orders).
If you require the furniture sooner, before a specific time in the day or on a Saturday please contact us as we may be able to meet your needs, this may be subject to additional delivery fee which is dependent upon the service and product you require.
Orders to UK Islands, Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland might take a day or two longer, and orders to the E.U. usually take up to two weeks. Please note We do not ship Any of our Eames style, Noguchi style or Panton Style Products outside of the UK.
IMPORTANT DELIVERY INFORMATION
Most orders will be delivered between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday. Please supply a telephone number at the check out to pass onto the carriers
Items can only be sent to the card Holders address. If you require items to be sent to a different address please contact us and we can arrange for you to pay by cheque (5 working days to clear) or bank transfer (3 working days to clear).
Metro Furniture values your security . To safeguard this, a signature is required to acknowledge receipt of the goods.

To check how much delivery of your item/items will be,
(1) Go to the product page you require,
(2) enter the number of items of that product you require in the QTY box
(3) Enter your UK postcode in the box below "get a shipping quote"
(4) Click "calculate"
(5) Delivery will be displayed below the calculate box
(6) Please note We do not ship Eames style, Noguchi style or Panton Style Products outside of the UK.
CUSTOMS & TAXES
Please note that it is your responsibility to pay any customs taxes incurred on arrival of your goods into your country. Metro Furniture is not responsible for these or related charges.
We hope that you will be delighted with your Metro Furniture. We accept however that occasionally we might get something wrong.
DAMAGED OR FAULT GOODS
Your Metro Furniture order should reach you in perfect condition.
Should you find any item to be damaged or faulty, please contact us right away and we can arrange for an exchange or a collection and refund. If the item has been damaged in transit we may ask for a photograph of the damage to claim against the carriers
CHANGED YOUR MIND? –
No matter how accurate our photography, occasionally an item might just not look right in the context of your living room or café bar. If this is the case providing the item has not been damaged and can be re-packaged we can arrange for our courier to pick up the item and issue a refund or an exchange if you prefer. In such instances the delivery charge is not refunded.
