The Eames Soft Pad High Back Office Chair EA 219 is the ultimate executive designer office chair and part of the renowned Soft Pad Group of office chairs.

First produced in the 1969, it is an extension and improvement of the aluminium group produced in the 1950's. The Eameses took the cutting edge technology developed during the design of the ribbed EA108, EA117 and EA119 designer office chairs and added plush leather pads making the chair both minimalist and luxurious but with detracting from clean lines and beautiful frame.
The chair also features full pneumatic (gas) height, 360 swivel adjustment and tension adjustment for tilting the chair backwards.
