Do I have to Assemble The Furniture
Most of the items sold on the website are already assembled, however a small number do require assembly but do come with full instructions. If this is the case you will be informed on the individual product page. If you have any trouble putting the item together please contact our team at firstname.lastname@example.org and we would be happy to help.
What is Special Order
If a customer requires an item of furniture in a colour or style that we don’t currently stock it may be possible to order the item in by asking our sales team. An estimated lead time on the product will be given at the time of order. This lead time is given in good faith but may change.
When will the item arrive back in stock?
If the item is out of stock and we are waiting for more to arrive an estimated time will be provided on the individual product page. If the item is not getting restocked the item will be removed from our system
How long will it take to receive a refund from returned products?
The product you wish to return must be in a saleable condition and in its original, undamaged packaging. We will refund the price of the item to the purchaser or exchange it as soon as it is received by us. This will usually reach that account within 7 working days. Timings will, however, depend on the speed with which your credit/debit card company process the credit. A refund of the delivery charge will be given in the instance of incorrect, damaged or faulty goods.
Can I request a sample of the wood or leather
Yes we offer a free sample service if you require a sample of any of our leather or wood finishes please contact our sales team and we would be happy to put one in the post.
What if I'm not in when you deliver?
Deliveries will usually be made Monday to Friday, between 9am and 6pm. If you or the intended recipient are not available, each time an attempt is made, our courier will leave a card at the delivery address confirming that they have tried to deliver. Follow the instructions on this card to rearrange delivery or to collect your products
